Slovenian opera Samorog (Unicorn) by Pavel Šivic coming soon to our theatre, where I will be creating the role of Margarita, a twin sister to a psychic sister Uršula. Living in a distopic world, forced by the cruel mayor of the town into a relationship, raped and mentally and phisically abused, accused of witchcraft and sentenced to be burned at the stakes despite being pregnant, which leads her to a final devastating decision of sacrificing her sister instead of her. She then lives an empty hellish life as the wife in a marriage full of hatred and repulsion.
